Oniric Brisat Vermell, White

Vinification:

Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and skin contact (brisat). The wine is made in a minimalist way, aiming to express the character of Xarel·lo Vermell and the vineyard. No unnecessary interventions — just the natural interpretation of the grape.

Tasting notes:

Aromas of ripe white fruit, Mediterranean herbs, and a subtle saline touch. On the palate, it is fresh, textural, and slightly tannic due to skin contact. Persistent and authentic finish.

Serving temperature: 10–12 ºC

Pairing:

Vegetarian dishes, soft cheeses, Asian cuisine, rice dishes, and tapas.

Philosophy:

Organic wine made respecting natural cycles and with minimal intervention both in the vineyard andthe winery. A sincere interpretation of the vineyard and the territory.
