Pago de la Oliva Tonneau Bouquet is crafted to express the full potential of old Tempranillo grapes from the estate’s terroir. Aged for 15 months in new fine‑grain French oak barrels, this wine features a cherry red color with ruby tones and clean, intense aromas of ripe fruit such as cherry, redcurrant, and cassis, complemented by smoky and spicy nuances from the oak. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a silky yet powerful texture, very polished tannins, and a long finish rich in flavours and aromatic sensations.
