TASTING NOTE:
Straw yellow with green hues, bright.
lt shows a powerful and fresh nose, with hints of banana andpeach, as well as fresh hay.
Round and persistent on the palate with hints of stone fruit.
Pairing: fish, fresh shellfish and warm salads.
