Terras Gauda, Rías Baixas, White

VINIFICATION:

After a pre-fermentative cold maceration, of varying duration depending on the grape varieties, alcoholic fermentation is carried out using our own yeast, sourced from our vineyard. After the necessary resting period, the wine is stabilized and bottled.

TASTING NOTES:

The combination of varieties is striking. Terras Gauda is a complex wine that surprises with its great aromatic and gustatory diversity. We find deep aromas of orange blossom, orange peel, and peach, supported by delicate notes of tropical fruit, very clean earthy tones, and subtle saline and menthol nuances.

In this vintage, its gustatory power stands out remarkably, to the point that it fills the mouth with its structure, unctuousness, and volume, resulting in an impetuous wine of great character, yet at the same time fresh, vibrant, and very lively. Its long and intense finish is a clear reflection of a vintage with long ripening, with a retronasal sensation overflowing with saline notes and ripe fruit. This wine offers two seemingly contradictory characteristics: it is complex, yet easy to drink.
